Group allocation

Questions about group allocation

  • On the first day everyone skis a short demonstration run on our practice slope at the Fleckalmbahn. We then sort participants by ability and age. It takes only a few minutes and makes sure nobody is out of their depth or held back.

  • In the Snowsport Kirchberg children's ski school a group has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 participants, with 9 or fewer as our target. For 3- to 5-year-olds we aim for 6 children per instructor. All courses require at least 3 participants.

  • If they ski at roughly the same level, yes — tell us on the first day during the allocation at the Fleckalmbahn and we will accommodate it wherever possible. If their abilities differ noticeably we advise against it: the stronger child would constantly be waiting, and the weaker one would feel under pressure.
